the staff were helpful, they looked after us. the bedroom had comfy beds, greatly enjoyed it. nice and excellent bathroom with everything we needed.

The private parking was a delightful challenge to navigate. The kitchenette made me feel like a master chef, despite barely knowing how to boil water. The dining area was perfect for my table manners that belong in a sitcom.

The bed and pillow were clearly designed by a medieval torture enthusiast.

Conveniently located near Hietzing U-bahn station, 13th district, shops, and restaurants. Ground floor studio suitable for travelers with mobility issues. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable work/eating area. Safe and spacious with easy check-in.

Great value for the money, the room had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of major landmarks. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Checking in around midnight was no problem at all, and we were blown away by the great condition of our room. The thick window shades were a game-changer, ensuring we slept in without the sun waking us up too early in the morning. The location is perfect for exploring the Schönbrunn area, including the park, the ZOO, and the palace. Contactless check-in and check-out made everything super easy, and the room had almost everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean, spacious, and felt very safe. The area was great, with the metro close by and a convenient supermarket. The beds were comfy, and we can't wait to come back!

Great location! The hotel was just a short walk away from the metro and tram stations, making it super easy to explore the city. The informative map and directions provided in the apartment were a nice touch, helping us find supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was modern and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities. And the free WiFi was fast and reliable.

While the apartment was well-equipped, it could have used a few more amenities in the kitchenette, like a cutting board and more tea spoons. the noise from the street and open metro trench was quite noticeable, so it might be a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being just a 3-minute walk from the train station and close to a 24/7 supermarket and gas station. We, as vegetarians and vegans, appreciated the nicely stuffed kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to cook our own meals. the room itself had a modern look and was equipped with a fridge, teapot, electric stove, and microwave, making it very convenient for our dietary preferences. the secure and easy access, with no need for keys and just a number, added to the overall convenience of the stay. the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, and the cleaners clearly paid attention to detail. the location was also a major plus, with a nearby supermarket, McDonald's, and a U station that provided direct access to the city center.

Felt spoilt, no reason to complain.
